Weddings are one of the biggest moments in all our lives, and it’s very important to us at Stand Alone that we address the unique needs of each event. Let our attention to detail guide you through your wedding.

This package includes:

  • Detailed timeline for every event in the wedding
  • Our stand-up service, that is second to none.
  • A sit-down meeting one month before the wedding to discuss events, and ensure your wedding goes the way you want it!
  • Concert Quality Sound Systems
  • Ceremony music, including pre-ceremony
  • Wireless microphones
  • Background cocktail & dinner music
  • Reception DJ for 4 hours

This package is for parties, corporate events or any venue that needs quality sound and a good DJ! Have one of our DJ’s play your favorite songs all night. With over 10,000 songs from every genre and the ability to play requests on the fly, our vast selection of music is a sure fit for any event.

This package includes:

  • Concert Quality Sound System
  • DJ/MC services for 4 hours
  • Dance Floor Lighting
  • Set-up and break-down of equipment
  • Travel within La Plata County

Within La Plata County, CO there no are additional fees, but outside of that range we charge an hourly rate.

There are no extra fees for your ceremony unless it is at a different location than the reception. This means we have to set-up twice, so an additional fee is added.

$0 – If ceremony & reception are at the same location
Starting at $75.00 – If ceremony & reception are at different locations

Plans Can Change

We understand that plans can change. If there are any changes in scheduling, we need to know as soon as possible to avoid conflicts with our other clients. Dates are sometimes booked with one or more events, and we want to assure that you get the best service we can provide.

We cannot guarantee if you change your event date, that we would still be available.

COVID-19 cancellations will be honored at the discretion of Stand Alone Entertainment.  It is our intent to reschedule all dates affected by COVID-19 and push the deposit to the new date, as long as conflicts are resolved and sufficient notice is given.  No guarantees can be made on cancelled or rescheduled dates, even when COVID-19 is the purported cause of the change.

For event date and/or time changes,  no extra fees are charged unless:

  • It’s a conflict with another client
  • Event location changes
  • Additional sound is needed
  • Additional time for a DJ is needed

Once the non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is received with your event Reservation Agreement your date is BOOKED, and a confirmation e-mail is sent.

Need a projector for a slideshow, have a video you want to be played? Ask about what we can do to enhance your wedding with a projector and screen that we can set-up almost anywhere.

Nothing enhances a good dance party like great music with lights. Our lighting package sets-up right off of our DJ rig. It is low profile, but adds that missing link to every party. Bring the mood to your event!

Starting at $100.00 for all other events

At Stand Alone Entertainment we pride ourselves on our sound systems. We can provide extra sound for any type of event from small receptions to any large party. Depending on the venue, two sound systems are sometimes needed, or for the enthusiast who loves music, our concert quality sound brings music to life! Extra sound includes a 1000 watt Subwoofer!

Keep Dancing with Overtime Hours

If you are not ready for your event to end at the scheduled time, we are always happy to keep entertaining you and your guests!

Request Overtime Hours

Before your party is scheduled to end, make an overtime request to your DJ. Your DJ will then get approval from the venue to keep your party going.  As long as the venue and your DJ’s schedule allows it, we will keep your party going for you by the hour.

‘Party Package’ includes 4 hours of DJ/MC time, not including setup and breakdown.

Clients booking the ‘Wedding Package’ will have no time limit on ‘DJ/MC time’.  Please inform your DJ of the length desired and remember that DJ’s are humans too!! (Keep in mind, while there is no limit to the length of your ‘Wedding Package’ event, 99% of dance parties will not last 4 hours anyway. Overtime Hours are usually only needed for the ‘Party Package’.
